Credit Reports

Every year the MFA is reviewed by the three major credit rating agencies with the goal of maintaining the highest credit rating possible. This, in turn, allows our clients access to capital financing at the lowest rates possible. Below are the credit reports of our three rating agencies, Moody's Investor Services, Standard & Poor’s, and Fitch Ratings who have each reaffirmed our Triple A credit rating status.
